Is the smog system intact and functioning? That is needed for California.

All smog equipment is intact 100% as it came from the factory. It is catalytic exempt. Factory sticker says it is except. Hope this helps

Rust was cut out. New pieces of metal were fabricated with offset bead to weld to and requiring virtually no filler, the exposed bottom edge was rolled similar to the factory specs,
