Complete frame. Comes with the following: All spring & shackle hangers, front shock towers, steering bell crank, steering dampner, spare tire lift, body/tranny motor mounts, bump stops, muffler shield.

Frame has light surface rust and has a piece of angle iron welded to the back of both frame horns. There is also a piece of flat steel welded to the underside of the rear frame. These could easily be removed.

you just had this frame on ebay for 20.00 or 30.00 $ whats up with the price deal just like the hood that you told me was not for sale on cascade cruisers then Bang I see it on ebay and you only wanted 10.00 $ for IT not 50.00 like on cascade cruisers or was that $15.
