You all know the story...
1976 FJ55 for sale. Factory AC (works), front discs, braided stainless steel extended brake lines, Superwinch hubs, 31x10.50s.
Since owning, have also replaced: fuel pump (oem), rear window glass, brake job (inc. parking), plugs/wires/cap. Runs well and is the only vehicle that I could get going in recent -16 cold snap, not even the 80 would crank!
Standard rust and body for a Pig this age.
$2,100 obo. Would consider possible trade for 80 accessories.

where are you in northern nm?

Yep, that was probably me. I had backed-off selling it so never got serious but finally decided, among other things, to put my time and money into my 80. There is some bondo-gone-wrong on the roof. I removed a thick patch that was cracking and catching water and found 3 holes, about pencil size or smaller. Also bondo job on lower DS front fender. Would like to see someone who time and ability dress her up some.
Other work I have done and forgot to mention is patched and recored radiator with new thermostat and some hoses. Have two tan bucket seats that go with it. Pulled form a jeep with plan to replace bench.

so are you in LA?

Location

I'm located in Los Alamos, NM which is about 30 minutes north of Santa Fe. I get to Colorado frequently and would be willing to drive it to meet someone from a neighboring state half way to help with delivery. Spring break is coming soon and would be perfect timing.:steer:

Shipping Options

For those who have been asking, it looks like $900 to 1k+ to ship to east coast, I would assume less for west coast. Unless anyone out there knows of a cheaper route? Doesn't appear to be an attractive option unless someone is planning a trip though the SW sometime soon.
