1975 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40
This vehicle has spent most it’s life in a dry climate. Originally from Texas and spent a couple years in Vancouver before being in Eastern Oregon, then Central Oregon for the rest of it’s life. 2F Motor is strong and runs great has a Holley carb and Downey header (also have stock manifold). There is a little oil leak at the rear seal. The only other leak is the steering box. Which I have another steering box that I will throw in. Other then that mechanically it is in great shape. Electrical all works. Newer parts include / spark plugs and wires / distributor cap and rotor / air filter / oil filter / fuel filter, fuel tank and all fuel lines / new rancho rear shocks / new exhaust system/ downey header and heat riser kit so the intake gets warmed by the cooling system (improves performance and gas mileage / Starter was replaced with a Toyota OEM part / Gas tank was replaced last year with a replica CoolCruisers of Texas steel gas tank (not the smaller poly ones)/ Seats have been reupholstered following original seems / Has front turn signals not shown in picture/ stereo and speakers (no modification to stock opening)/ all seat brackets, heater and components, center console are original and have been powder coated this last summer. This vehicle is a good close to original vehicle with no rust except a little surface rust were paint has been scratched or chipped. I have done everything possible while it has been in my hands to keep it original. Have pictures of the tub from when I pulled the gas tank out. The body needs work on the driver side rear fender and running board it is dented along with the driver side door. Other then that the hood has a few small dents. The hardtop is taken apart. Have all parts and doors to reassemble the top except the rain gutter. This is a solid cruiser that just needs some body work. $5500 obo.
