For Sale in Los Angeles asking 6500 or best offer... What are they worth? Looks like Original paint faded and such Left hand drive model. Guy said it runs. but that's it... LOL

Could I just put the body on a 60 chassis? For S&G

The forums at Rovers North is a good source of information, too. I've got a '73 Series III 88". I paid $2500, but I had to tow it out of a field. Didn't run, rusty leaf springs, but luckily no real rust on the chassis. That's where they tend to rust out. Brand new galvanized frames are $2500-3000, though, so even one with a knackered frame can still be a good investment, and a fun truck.

Not sure if this is the right thread to post in (sorry, I'm new here).

Anyway, I'm thinking about getting '73 Rover in great condition. Question -- should I just get regular car insurance or go with classic car insurance? Not sure what is the best option. I know there are a lot of limitations with classic car insurance -- plus I plan on taking this sucker out for a spin.

I did find some info here: Land Rover Car Insurance | Cheap Quotes Car Insurance

But I'm looking for some more info. If anyone could be of assistance, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
