1972 Scout II - Excellent shape, no rust - SoCal

Hate to do this but need to sell the Scout. Its a 72 Scout II, 6cyl (better gas mileage than common V8's & runs like new) and 4spd w/granny low, dark green paint with black interior (split bench front & full bench rear, perfect upholstery), white hardtop with factory roof rack & black softtop both included. It has no body damage, no rust, roll bar & front cage, front grill guard, 32" Kelly AT's & Eagle 589 rims all in excellent shape. rear swing out tire carrier, current registration just paid ($16) and NO SMOG EVER. We are facing a move next month and dont have room for this truck at the new location. Asking $3500 obo, trades considered, just PM me with offers if interested

That is definitely a clean Scout. I had a delusional guy in Tucson try to tell me that he was going to get 4 or 5K out of his rust bucket scout. Yours is definitely priced to sell.

Just found out today it has a rare front disc brake option that typically wasnt available till later around 75 as standard equipment, that explains why it stops so well!

If you open the glove box and look behind the liner where the cowl seam is. Is there any rust?
