I have a 1972 FJ40 for sale. I'm trying to line up a seller for a friend. A friend of mine died 2 years ago and his wife has decided to get rid of his Land Cruiser that he had talked about restoring for years. She was going to call a junk yard and have it junked, but I told her that it was worth saving.
The FJ was originally bought new by my friends grand-father and it was passed down. For some reason it was parked and sat for many years, so this is basically a field find.
Details:
1972 FJ40
clean title
A/C (I don't know if it's factory or not, but the parts are there)
Doesn't run, but engine turns over easily
I put a new starter and battery on it to make sure the engine wasn't seized.
1 family owned
thoughts on value? Does someone want to take on this project?
