1972 fj55 parting out

I don't no a lot about this car.
Car is my neighbors , It was his driver years ago and has been sitting for a while. Clear title will be transfered when sold.
Spun a bearing so engine needs rebuild.
He replaced the bearing and it went bad again so he thinks he put it in back wards.
Tranny and running gear are good.
Head has been pulled for some reason and is inside vehicle.
Interior is good, Has black leather front bench seat from Cadillac, otherwise car is complete and stock.
Body is straight but has cancer up front and lower panels.
Inside looks good , Dash actually looks good, I have not pulled the front mats up to look for cancer.
Brakes have ran dry, may work if fluid is put in.
$500 for the hole thing or parts.
Has gasket set
Car is in Everett Wa 98205.

If you or the owner are parting it out, could I get the side and rear emblems, rear reflectors, front tow hooks, and both front door locks? Thanks.
