Asking $8900. I'd consider trading for something more of a daily driver, FJ62 or FJ80 potentially
45k original miles
12/70 mfg. date
Only modifications are a 6" lift, American Racing wheels and 35" tires
Best color, Spring Green
Interior was Rhino lined by previous owner
3 speed on the tree
35" x 12.5" tires, lots of life left
Bluetooth headunit and Bose speakers in the back
Runs like a top. This would be excellent for someone who wants a truck to drive everyday or completely restore
There is body rust as would be expected for a truck from the Midwest, but the frame is solid. Small area of rust through the body in front of both rear wheel wells, I'd say quarter size, as well as rust through the front of the rear wheelwells. Surface rust only on the frame. Bottom 4" of the rear quarter panels were cut out and replaced with diamond plating as shown
Rear drivers side brake light does not work. The light itself, and turn signal does work, and the passenger side brake light works fine. Likely related to an issue with the wiring harness
Has your typical 3 speed clutch shudder in 1st gear taking off, especially noticeable with the 35s. Nothing you don't get used to and figure out how to drive smoothly
Roof is not in great shape, but serviceable

Lots of recent work done including:
New carburetor
New distributor
New parking brake
New front passenger wheel bearings
New fuel sending unit
New brake master cylinder
New Bestop Bikini Top

Drum brake adjustment, oil change, transfer case gear oil change all done in late September
What you see is what you get. Solid runner at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to hop in this FJ tomorrow and drive across the country. Not a trailer queen but at the same time a vehicle that you'll be proud to drive and gets looks and compliments everywhere it goes.
