Yeah, I know, its not a Toy, but Im selling this cause I got me a Toy! :D
1971 International Harvester Scout, 800B model. The engine is a stock 232 6cyl, with 3spd gearbox, runs well. I bought this rig almost 2 years ago and have not done a whole lot to it. I had grand plans, but now dont have the resources to put into it. The rig has 15x12 black wagon wheels, 33x12.50x15 Super Swampers that have 9/16” tread with even tire wear. The spare is on a slightly different wheel design with a 32” BFG/AT with less tread. The rig has an SOA lift on stock springs. The axles are Dana 44 rear and Dana 30 front with 4.56 gears, manual drum brakes all around which are good. I inspected the axles, front and rear and they seem to be in great condition. I replaced the gaskets, fluid in both and wiper seals up front. I added rock guards to the differentials as well. All shackles have been replaced and the shackle/leaf spring bushings have been replaced as well. There is what I was told is a VW Bus luggage rack on top. There is some rust in the floors, but that’s to be expected. I think this might be a Comanche package because it has a two tone paint scheme and sliding rear windows in the hardtop. Asking $3800. Located in Livermore, CA.Can email more pics if requested. Thanks!
Oh yeah, its got GM power steering too!

Nice IH. Is binderbulletin forum still around? if so it would definitely get some more attention there. I had a 67 with a 196 4cyl. The thing wouldn't go more than 50 downhill on the highway, but was a serious work horse in 4 low. I once pulled out a full size Chevy stuck in the peanut butter with ease. The guy couldn't believe when I told him it was only a 4cyl. It's all in the gears :steer:.

Good luck with the sale!!
