The motor is a chevy 235 inline 6, which is very similar to the early F. The even share some parts.

I should note that I don't really like TLC. I bought a vintage 3-hinge tailgate from him, paid for it, then he sold it to someone else...and then sent me a bogus repro tailgate that he knew would not fit without modification..ask matt, buckrouseau, about the tailgates..he knows
