I am in the process of restoring my '67 and just found out this will not fit as I am swapping my engine for a 69. I literally had this thing brought down to bare metal and then painted it. My plan was to use it but it just doesnt fit. It looks nearly brand new.

I have a 1966 fj40 with original Siamese ports. Great running engine but challenging to source parts for in my case. I will be doing the same operation as it sounds you will be dropping in a '76 2F. Does this mean I'm going to have to source a new 2F sroud as well? Happy Holidays! GLWS
