Did you need to change the bushings on either end Nolen to fit Dave's u-bolt flip pins?
The Iron Man Pro is the best shock for the money in my opinion. I did not know they made a 40 series variant. I have the Pros on my 55, 60 and 100

Next we dissect these monster leaf packs.
we took out one long one (4th down) and the second to the last and the last. Basically the ones that don’t have a spring clamp attached to them.
These packs went from 98# down to 72#
The stock rear pack is only 50#

Nolen, do you have oxygen/ acetylene setup? Its way faster than a crack lighter. Little late for this one but for future reference.
When I did the 80 series FF for the 60 I left out the oil seal in the spindle for the wheel bearings to run in gear oil. Seems to be working, have put a lot miles on them and they haven't fried.
Sandwitches? What sandwitches? I've been scanning that work table real hard to make sure those weren't some early TNK wiper arms pigeoned holed in the piles of junk.
