I would interested a good body shop. Would love to get a bunch of non OEM holes filled and one rust spot fixed on my 73 FST.

Unfortunately I haven't followed this thread. I only look at a few sections on Mud. Forget about the 25 section. May have had some of the items this was missing.

Congratulations on your retirement. Hadn't seen your wanted ad for your position filled. You back enjoying NM?

I'm splitting my time between my home in NM and my cabin in the Utah Uinta Basin.

Calling all 25 experts! Looking at what we need to finish the chassis now. Please if you could advise, if you know any of these parts are 20 series specific and if you have a lead on any of them. With all the shop moves I have not been able to find these parts and assume they’ve either been lost or we never had them.

All my past LV’s were black firewall, fender and aprons body color!

FYI : The firewall on my 67 LV is half body color and half black.

If you are dead set on doing the drag link as FJ25 correct I have a brand new drag link (only) that I will never use, you will have to get the FJ25 ends. I would highly recommend doing this in early FJ40 parts instead though, the only difference that I'm aware of is the diameter of the rods and tie rod ends. I may have a used drag link as well but I'm sure the ends are trash.

I have two very well used complete sets of FJ25 rods from steering knuckle to box without the bell crank. These were off 50 year old trucks when they were parted out, so real rough. The main difference between the 40 and 25 rods are the thread and rod diameter and the length of the length of main rod because of the difference in 40 and 25 knuckles.

Have you checked with Kurt at Cruiser Outfitters? He may have something in the corner of the shop.
