190K Service Help- serpentine etc

Hi guys,

First time poster. I have a 2000 LC and am due for a monster service, I have about 190K on it. I know the parts I need to have replace, (thanks to your forum). I am having a horrible time finding a mechanic.

I live in Chico, CA and have no space to work on the project myself. I've found a few recommended (online) mechanics in the area but can't bring myself to pay the $1200-1400 tab.
I am open to any suggestions or ideas.

Unless you are real handy I don't see how you have a choice. There may be YouTube videos from dudes that have done this, watch and learn. This is way over my skill set, so I'll just have too pay... There is a post on her that lists tons of mechanics with some reviews... Look it up

I know, I'm screwed I just wasn't sure if that $ amount was realistic. I've found the posts with the recommended mechanics and unfortunately the nearest one is Sacramento 1.5 hrs away, I was hoping someone might know someone closer.

What else should one do at 200K? Belt has been done.

Not sure if there's additional stuff but what I've read is around this mileage.

Serpentine belt, water pump, idler pulley, tensioner (serp and t belt) thermostat, coolant and possible radiator hoses. I think there are a few other gaskets that could be done if in that area. All the info I have if from a little research in the forums. I haven't done the large service yet and am still in process of figuring out what exactly to do and who I should have do it.

Found a good local mechanic recommended, he will let me source my own parts. Still a little confused about the parts list.

I need:

Timing Belt- 13568-09070
Serpentine Belt- 90916-02585
Water pump and gasket
Idler pulley 13503-0f010, 13505-0f010
Tensioner (tbelt) 13540-50030
Thermostat and gasket
Super long life coolant.

My question is I've seen some service with: Tensioner (serp belt) 16620-0w101 and Serpentine belt idler 16604-0f010
Do I need to replace these also?

Also some say to do the crank seals- 90311-a0001 and cam seals 90311-38065.
Do I need to replace this if its not leaking?

Want to get everything done that could possibly go wrong.
