Looking for Pics of 18"rims with 265 70 18 on LX 470 stock ride height preferably

Not a lot of 265/70/18 photos out there? Ever find any pics or buy them?

265/70/18 on my LC, over 100k on the Michelin LTX LT265/70/18’s. Note - it is an LC not LX, it is not stock height. I went with that size to get P series tires (BFG Rugged Terrains) but I was warrantied the tires (2 failures) and went to E rated tires. Heavier tires definitely slow the vehicle, taller tires lower gear ratio. Great on the interstate, Fine in the flatlands, but a little sluggish in the mountains, especially with my ‘offroad’ bumper. Probably moving to TOYO Open Countries at3’s soon (will be doing less interstate and more fire road)

Interesting. That's the first I've heard anyone consider gear ratio across many tire threads. Thanks. Related to why folks re-gear transmissions? Anyway, thanks for more 265 feedback.

If you have 5 speed probably less of an issue than the earlier 4 speeds. However ratios dropped from 4.33 to 3.91 not sure if 1st is lower to compensate on the 5 speeds. Also depends on driving style, I am pretty heavy on the throttle. Not sure where you are, but if you blast up to Tahoe frequently, you will notice the drop in ratios - if you cruise in i5, no problem. My speedo is about 4 mph off at 75.
