18" inch steelies or Bronze wheels on Defenders LTX MS/2 285/60/18....

Hey all,

Looking for some pics of the above. The Cruiser only sees pavement so id like to keep the defenders on them. If anyone has defenders on aftermarket wheels i'd appreciate some pictures. I've been searching over the past few weeks. I'd like to keep the stock size...maybe slightly wider if the tires would still fit.

I think steelies are the wrong choice for most rigs, especially ones for pavement duty.

I agree with tbi above.

If it were me I’d look for the LIGHTEST wheel within reason to help potentially improve the driving some. Maybe one more advantage to why many go for the beautiful forged heritage wheels.

Are you referring to color or material? When people say “steelies” they typically mean heavy steel wheels.

Sorry , the color is magnetic gray metallic of the truck. I like the look of the steelies and do realize they are much heavier , after searching this wonderful site.
