18” Black wheels for LX600

42611-60J00 are these the 18" appearance package wheels....don't like the 22" wheels. Has anyone used these on the 600?

QQ to those who have installed the 18" wheels....do you have ahc?Mine is a 2024 appearance luxury pkg. For some reason my vin does not resolve on the Lexus site and the parts person thinks this will not replace the 22" wheels

I researched a little on the offset and they should technically fit. The 265/70r18 may actually be closer to the 22s in diameter.
