Does anybody know if the newer 18" wheels fit on the 1999 ? Some vendors sell 18"s as compatible 1998-2006 and some say they're not. I need to purchase tires soon, and thought I would put stock 18's if they fit. Thanks.

Yes, with no problem whatsoever.
98-2006 have the same bolt pattern, and any factory L/C-L/X 18" would fit
