Hello I was hoping someone could share some expertise if anybody knows:
I have a set of the stock 15 inch ‘three spoke wheels from a 2000 Tacoma (bought 2nd hand)
They have a set of black center caps. Look great

My issue is I was installing them on my 94 4Runner. The factory center caps do not fit on the front, as the hubs come out just a little too far

See photos- the center caps are nearly flush. Need a set that extend out similar to 80 series LC’s

Does anybody know if any other center caps fit on the stock 15 inch six lug (3 spoke) alloy wheels from a 2000 Tacoma?

Any help would be appreciated
My only other option is to cut out a hole in the center of the center cap and paint the hub black to match. I’d prefer to find another center cap can can clear the hub.

thank you

richard

I ended up putting 15" wheels from the late 1980s 4x4 on my 2000 Tacoma 4x4. I couldn't find center caps for a reasonable amount of money so I got steel ones from a steel wheel and made them magnet onto a part I threaded into the hub. I had one set painted to match the wheels one one set I painted black. Both I hand painted the red center.
