13BT Dipstick Lost

I recently lost the dipstick on my BJ74. I think it must have blown out because last time I checked my oil it was there. I'm wondering how long the Dipstick is so Maybe I can use from a friends 80 series just to check the oil. I beleive he has a 12HT engine.

It won't just blow out... you just plain lost it.

One from a 3B should work.

You could always get the measurements off someone and cut one down to fit

My boss keeps calling me a dipstick. Which is weird because I'm plainly way too fat to fit down that little tube.

But what does the business end of the dipstick look like?

The other ends look like this. Take the measurement of the handle part (as shown above) and subtract it from the total length shown in the last pic (edge of handles were at 0 on the tape) to get the dipstick length. The 3B is just a little bit longer than the 13BT.
