Yah I would love to see some pics as well.

Has anyone intercooled their BJ74? Any opions/pics on how well it worked and weather it was worthwhile doing?

I am looking at a kit for into mine, with a water to air type barrel cooler.

The company has sent me this photo, the barrel runs along the length of the rocker cover.

I finally built me up an air/air intercooler for my BJ-70/13B-T which should be the same as yours, except for maybe battery placement? You could try a search of my posts or search feature, which is probably how you got here:) I don't know if the pictures are still up or not since this was a while back. I can email you some pictures of my install if you like.

I used a 2" wide cooler, dimensions are in one of the pictures. Some of the pictures are from others. Mine will be the first ones. No AC. I also vented overboard the valve cover vent since this was sending oily air into the intercooler. I did not think that was such a good idea.

You have to clock the compressor housing downward for my application.

Back to the original question on this post. It looks like you did. Nice work.

Clocking the compressor is not that hard, just a little hard to get to the c-clip thing on the back side of the housing. After you loosen/remove this you can rotate the compressor, just be careful not to damage the blades. You will also have to make a new mount for the blow off valve(?) solenoid thing. If you have AC I would probably try the route that is shown in the magazine article. same side in and out.
