I posted this in by build thread, but thought I would get more action as a new post.

I am looking to get a new Turbo for my 13B-T I know nothing about turbo's. I would like to get a little more power out of it, but I also would want it to come in early. I wouldn't want boost only at the higher RPM's The one on it is the original stock turbo. I would like to go with a Garrett turbocharger, unless there are better options. I would also like the oil and water lines to hook up like OEM. I have read that a Garrett G2052 is the one, but I don't know how the oil and water lines hook up. Anybody put one on? Pics?

Speak up! I need the help!

As I posted in your build thread, a Gturbo modified CT26, bolt on no changes. Any garret will not be bolt on and will need a myraid of adapters and new dump pipe at a minimum. Have you spoken to Graeme ?

That is what I did not know. As far as contacting Graeme, I do not know how to contact him

I had my turbo on the bench. When I reached in the intake side, I could wiggle the vane a little bit. It that what is referred to as "end play". How much is normal, if any

I haven't made a secret of the fact that I do not know much about turbo's

turbos will have play, these are journal bearing turbos
radial play is acceptable as long as the wheels have not touched the housings
axial (in and out) is bad.
