Hi folks,
I need some help with my 2013 LX570 (138K miles). The battery is an OEM replacement from last year.

Two weeks ago, I took it to the dealer for an oil change and a "full detail" special. (They did a s*** job buffing the car, but that was expected.)
A day or so later, the problems started.
Here's what I've checked:
I was reading a post from someone with a similar issue, and they mentioned recent ABS work; their problem was a harness that wasn't connected properly. However, they didn't mention anything about the voltage meter.
What are your thoughts on this? How can I find a diagram showing all the main grounding points?
(P.S. The dealer did tell me they "inspected" the car and found other issues I need to resolve, like brake pads, but that seems unrelated.)

A day or so later, the problems started.
- The entertainment system rebooted randomly while I was driving.
- Later, it did it again, and then the car shut off as I was slowing down for a red light.
- Right before it died, I noticed the voltage meter gauge fluctuating wildly (see attached video).
Here's what I've checked:
- I had the battery and the alternator tested, and both passed.
- The dealer wants to inspect the car but already said it "sounds like an alternator," even though it tested fine.
- I checked all the grounding points I could find along the fenders, and they are all tight.
