I was wondering if anybody knows how’s the 12 V system on a 70 series fire truck works, is there some kind of isolator installed. Could I get away with one starting battery in one deep cell, to run accessories? Does it use the standard alternator or a bigger one if no one knows does someone know how I can find out using a voltmeter?
