Is it the Toyota land cruiser bj60 engine okay without using this item? Bcause i've been seen someone just using a cable same as a cable brake to stop the engine... Just pull it and the engine stop...

Yes, you can use a cable to pull the lever into the stop position.

The default position is “engine run”.

And the only feature you may lose, unless you adapt your cable to do this, is the over-injection position that the EDIC motor pulls the pump into during engine cranking.
