Anyone ever tried this? At first glance looks like it may work.

2" intake / outtake on the proper side and supposedly good to >300 hp.

I had a similar style but smaller intercooler on my 13bt powered land rover. Has 45mm inlet and outlet.

It wasn't very effective at all. Made little difference to EGTs compared to no intercooler. Eventually replaced it with a cheap 300x280x76mm bar and plate intercooler, and got a good drop in EGT, 50c or more probably at 100kmh cruise.

Thanks for the data point - will be interesting to see what happens.

Pretty sure they used a close variant of the Supra intercooler in the Toyota Megacruiser with the 14BT/15BFT. It's a decent size; the trick is getting good airflow. I think it'll work just fine as a front mount. Top mount, not so much.

Nice - I'm intending to front mount. :)
Thx!
