Well, I finally got the lift from my wrecked 60 installed on the recently purchased 62. Got the ARB Bull bar installed too....Lots of fun with siezed up bushings and pins, and I still have to put the 60's rear suspension back on, but that will be tomorrow....

The 60/62 series should have come with a lift from the factory, it suites them well. Good looking! What else you plan with it?

I'll have to wait and see. Hopefully I can get more out of its motor which has 202,000 miles on the clock.... I look forward to having a locking rear diff and a new paint job...

Yeah, I learned awhile ago about the benefits of wearing gloves, I dont like em but they save the knuckles! The seats are the next project along with the dash and the front clip....

PM sent... we need to compare notes on rigs. Are you going to Flat and Nasty? Give me a shout and we can try to get together before then...Thanks Craig

Are the duct taped tail lights meant to blend in better with the t-town natives??;p

Looks good dave, I like the look of the new arb's. Am I finally going to meet you at FN?? I've seen your truck at the shop for the last few months...figured I'd catch you there one of those times...

You'll get more than 300K-400K out of a well maintained 2F. Its just barely broken in with 202,000. :D

Heck, my "weaker" 1FZ has 220K on it.

Who doesn't appreciate the silver wonder tape? I don't have either one of these rigs ready for trail use just yet, so Flat Nasty is a little up in the air right now....
