12/5 complete... 12/12 to go!

A great big thanks for all Delegates who took the time to participate in the Special Meeting on 12/5. We had a strong quorum present and completed the 3 tasks:

Approving the Draft budget including noting two additional line items of tax preparation service and membership items which were omitted.
Closing nominations (Elections to be held 12/12)
and tabling a request to pay for Tax Service for 02/03 pending submission of invoice.

Our next meeting is 12/12, same cruiser time, same cruiser channel.

Please plan to attend, Elections will be our primary topic and successful completion of this meeting will position TLCA for success in 2005.

Not exactly...the agenda I got has a non standard phone number on it, not the usual one. So, please read your bodreps mail and take note of the phone number cahnge...

ya, its not the same number... I wrote that some time ago before I realized that conferences using a moderator for voting required different phone number.

as Alan notes, check your bodreps e-mails for agenda and call in number, if you don't have access or need it, contact me of someone off line and inquire.
