Try as I might, I can't get this image under 19k while keeping any resemblance to the original. I've done JPEG, GIF, PNG . . . cut the resolution down to 64 and then 36 dpi . . . no matter what I do, 19k is as small as it gets.
Two questions then -- can anyone do what I'm not able to do, and that's make a presentable image that fits the limit? Or, is the limit perhaps a little too, um, limiting? Apparently 20k used to be allowed.
