Hey guys, I'm hoping some one can help with this project. I own an 80 series, trying to put together an auxiliary fuel tank. I picked up an OEM tank from a 100 series, it have the internal fuel pump that I think is much more preferable to the 80 series external pump.
I'm looking for the wiring diagram to the 100 series oem auxiliary fuel pump and sender unit.
Does anyone have access to this?

Here are some pics of all the parts I have collected. I have two sender units, I think the black one is from the 80 series. Pictures to show the difference.

No schematic but it is much simplier to use the aux tank as a transfer tank. You have the filler and the sender. Plumb aux fuel pump to main tank filler pipe.

Where did you source the PG200 switch/guage? I only see them for sale in OZ sites. Also, what is the ohm range for the PG200?

PG 200 specs from the web.
  • Automatic dimming, Surge Damped, Low level warning.
  • Gauge is 0-90ohm suits all Axiom & Sidek 0-90 or (2 x 45ohm twin tank) Sender units.
  • Suitable for EFI cars with a push button Petrol Gas change over.
  • Australian Made.
  • Instructions included.
  • Model Number: PG200-a-1

I picked up all this stuff from my friend a few years ago. I was going to use it to transfer fuel to the main tank but my buddy suggested I should add a switch valve so that I can use the Aux pump to the engine in case the main pump goes out. I understand this further complicates things, my intention was to have it pump into the main tank and call it a day.

I'm not sure how to make the Apexus switch/gauge work, how will the gauge collect data to know how much fuel is left in the tank?
