Hello,
Had my alternator go bad on my 2006 Landcruiser 4.7. It was making a whining noise and the voltmeter was dropping. It never left me stranded but this is my family truck so I replaced it quickly.
Anyhow, I thought of rebuilding it to have a spare and there is a lot of discussion of how you should do that instead of buying the rebuilt ones from the dealership - I didn't have the option - no downtime for the family truck allowed ha ha
So, before I take it back for the core charge I wanted to offer it up here. Core charge is $60 so I'll ask for that plus shipping.
