For Sale 1.5 F Engine Short Block

I have a f1.5 block for sale. I bought it as a supposedly good motor but I have never heard it run. I took the head off and to a machine shop and it was not serviceable so I bought another whole engine. The serial number is unreadable. $350 local pickup in Dalton Ga. thanks

So just the top end was not serviceable? Did it turn by hand prior to pulling the too end?
