'08 and CA emissions

I have an '08 that has never been registered here in Kali. I am going to reg it this week after two years w/OR plates (so Jerry can give my $ to some noble solution looking for a problem to solve...).

Its stock...should I be concerned about passing a smog test?

As long as it was originally sold in the US, there should be no problem with registration nor smog.

What Hoser said. There would have to be serious mechanical/exhaust issues for a stock 08 to not pass smog.
