08/1990 LJ70 - parts/substitutions (1 Viewer)

Hi everybody!

Now that the engine (2LT-II) from my LC (JT1V0LJ7009052270) is in perfect condition after a complete rebuild, I'm on the way to change some other parts. Can you give me maybe some advices?

1. The cap assy of the fuel filter doesn't function any more as a pump (probably the membran is defect). There are 2 parts with different productioning periods, however they look the same. What do you think. Are they compatible?

2. The cap assy of the brake master cylinder reservoir filler is not an OEM part and is without the sensor. I can't find anywhere a cap with sensor. Have you got maybe some ideas?

3. The rear combination lamps have to be changed too. There are 3 different productioning periods with different prices.

For the rear lights go for an earlier one. I once got one 2nd hand that was off a KZJ & it didn't fit.
