I have just puchased a lift for my truck, and my question would be has someone ever done a set up like this.

1) Blistien 51's for the front
2) The equivalent for the rear
3)Old Man Emu 886 front coils
4) 2" rear add a leaf
5) and an old man emu Diff drop kit

I was going to put 285/75r 16s on the stock wheels, i know that this requires some inner black fender plastic trimming but no biggy.
So any info??????????

285 on stock wheels will rub the upper control arms. I have 275s and rubbed at full lock with stock wheels. Also there is a lot of trimming with 285s. The tires will rub the inner fenders, mud flaps, an cab mount.

I had to swap wheels, remove flaps, chop the cab mount, and trim to get the 275s to not rub. I have a 2.5" lift.

Well the Bilstien shocks 5100 for the front can make the total lift with the new OME 886 coils up to 4" in the front. I know the uca's rub unless you buy new wheels, like 17 in or put spacers. I'll have to look in to 275 so thank u very much for your info. I plan on trimming the inner fender well anyways no matter what.

Forgot to add that I'm going to take off the mud flaps and I thought about trimming the after market step bars up about an inch or so ( but I know that wont have any affect on a lift and is primarily just looks)

The 886 coils will ride very stiff and tall unless you have a lot of weight on the front of your truck. Do you?
