***REDUCED PRICE AGAIN***

Save yourself a few thousand $$$. We bought this last spring and ended up buying a cabin, so we won't be using it much. What it is:

2007 Jayco Baja 10Y - Jayco 2008

Has a ton of ground clearance and flatbed on front for Motorcycles / Quad
FULLY Loaded, every option we could get.
- 3-Way Fridge
- Furnace
- Inside and Outside Hot Shower
- Toilet (Not a port-a-potty)
- Outside RV-Q mounts to side
- 2 burner stove
- Dual propane tanks
- Awning
- Attic fan
- Dinette table
- Stereo with iPod jack
- Full size spare tire
- Electronic brakes
- List goes on....

- MSRP = $12,971
- NADA High = $11,475
- NADA Low = $9,500

- Asking = $9,399 OBO - Compare with new '08 @ $14,917 New Baja

We used this for one 3 day weekend, and for two 5 day trips. Sleeps 4 adults very comfortably with room still for kids. I towed a quad, tools and gas can on the front. It did an awesome job. It is in mint condition. You wouldn't be able to tell in from the showroom. What's great is its lite weight and slim profile. I had friends slowed down to 45MPH with their huge toy haulers due to strong head winds and I was still hitting 65. Basically all the amenities with a fraction of the cost and hassle. Set up in under 20 minutes EASILY.

For the right price I will include the weight distribution hitch I paid $300 for as well as a bunch of other accessories that can nickel and dime you to death if you have to outfit it from scratch.(Another $200 - $300 in stuff.)

Price reduced for potential investment I'm entertaining. I'm willing to entertain offers. However, I own it free and clear and not in desperate need to sell so no "Winter Low Balling" please. Also it is currently winterized and under a tarp, so please check out the specs on the website if you need a basic 'lookover'. Happy to open it up for serious inquiries. Would be willing to help with delivery if you live outside the Spokane area.

Thanks!

Final 'Pre Spring' price reduction!

Updated info.

Sorry was out of town all weekend.

Current price is $9,399, and I would be willing to meet you part of the distance if that helps at all.

Thanks!

Tell me more about the hitch and extras your inculding. I have a buddy over in Spokane that owns a pop top trailer, so I might be able to send him buy to look it over. I need to check loan rates here as well.

Thx

For the $9,399 the extras would include:

-Hitch: Where it helps, is the axle sits pretty far back
in relation to the flat bed, so any weight put in the front goes right on top of
your ball. It's already fairly tongue heavy, so if you throw a big 4x4 quad up
there you get a lot of direct tongue weight. The hitch helps to displace the
weight through the frame so the nose of your rig isn't pointed up, and the back
isn't squatting down. Tracks MUCH nicer. If you have a big F350, probably not a
big deal. The suspension on my Landcruiser is pretty built and it made a BIG
difference with the quad on there. I gained almost 2" of ride height back. Here's some good info: Link
Mine is very similar to this.

- Bubble levelers on rear corners

- 10 gal. portable gray water tank (The kitchen sink drains to an external spout,
not into the main gray water tank. This maximizes the holding capacity for the
shower drain, which poses the bigger 'eco threat'. ) - Link

- Rugs to match interior and to keep feet warm on cold nights :-)

- Removable non slip drawer liners

- Lynx Levelers - Link

That's all I'm positive on right now. But it seems like I also had a some plumbing odds and ends, like a winterizing water heater bypass adapter I made, pressure regulator for hooking up to camp water sources, fresh water hose with end caps, and electric plug adapter for hooking up to shore power. I can check more thoroughly when I open her up. Might also have some kitchen items my wife can part with.

Totally fine if he wants to look at it. It is under snow and a tarp so I would appreciate making sure you're really interested before going through that hassle. I also have a buddy with a heated shop I may be able to fully set it up in if I have a little notice. (Don't want it to get wet and freeze the canvas, we're at 17 degrees during the day here.)

I'm in Suncrest, a little past Nine Mile to give him an idea of where it's at.

Thanks!
Shane

Couple more pics HERE as well.

Hey -

Still thinking about the trailer - I am going to check finance rates. If I can't swing it, my buddy there in Spokane thinks he knows someone else that might be interested.

Cool. Just let me know. Our big RV show is this weekend and I already have a coupe people interested after seeing the sticker price on new ones, but cash talks. :hillbilly:

Thanks!

Quick ?

What is the set up and take down time - what's involved?

Thx

Assuming my wife was watching the kiddos, I could easily set it up in under 15 minutes pretty easily.

- Level it (Very easy with those blocks for side to side, then crank for front to back.)
- Undo 4 clips.
- Hand crank top half way up, roll out awning.
- Crank all the way up, mount front bed rails, pull out front bed, pull out back bed, mount support rails.
- Clip in inside awning support for bed area.
- Velcro the awning to bed edges.
- Mount awning poles.
- Clip / Velcro front door in place, fold out table legs, flip countertop over for sink.
- Crank down stabilizer jacks (I used a socket and electric drill to speed this WAY up.)
- Light water heater / fridge.

If you have a second person to help out it goes much faster.

Take down is the same stuff just in reverse. Takes longer depending how much extra junk you need to stash. Rolling up the awning and tucking in the canvas takes a little more time then the crank up. When its out in my driveway I can put it up in under 10min, and take down about the same.

Bad news - I can't swing the deal at this point. I did pass your info along to a buddy of mine in Spokane - he might have a buddy interested. I hope it works out!

Good luck - and if by chance you still have it come April, keep it on the Mud site and I'll look out for it.

Cheers
