'05 LX470 Dash differences???

Can anyone explain the difference on these 2 dash configs on 2 cars I am (potentially) looking at for purchase? BTW if anyone has a '03 and up 470 super clean with ~100k or less miles (super clean) for sale, please let me know. I'm in NC and will travel up to 5 or so hours any direction.

The one on the left is 2003+ AFAIK. The one on the right is 2001/2002.

Thanks Chuck - maybe the seller has the year mistaken or typo in the listing? Anything else come to mind that may make it easy to tell from photos? Hate to drive that far to look at a 4sp.

The 4 speed shifter, the steering wheel, the gauges... All of them scream '02-down (the one on the right that is).

The one on the left is absolutely a 2003+ LX. There is no way to retrofit the dash between years, so it must be a typo in the ad. Another dead giveaway is the shifters in the picture. On the left you see the "gated" shifter which is unique to the 5-speed transmission. On the right you see the normal shifter with push button on the shift knob and straight down movement, dead giveaway to the 4-speed transmission.

The type of wood trim indicates both are definitely LX models and not LC. Also the existence of AHC in the older model on the right.

The first pic is definite '03 or newer LX (not LC). LC doesn't have that radio face nor the same trim around the radio, even if the LC came with wood trim the shape was different.

The last pic is definitely '99-'02 LX for the reasons stated in the above post.
