NEW PRICE: $19,999....this is a very good price. I need to sell this for the down on my new home. Clean North Dakota title and well cared for. Will deliver anywhere for the cost of fuel. We stayed in this a couple nights when it was 20 below and it stayed a cozy 75 inside...I did keep it heated to 55 all winter to keep it from being damaged and it was properly winterized.

Very nice and well kept, clean Texas title. Needs one of the front landing gears replaced, gears on main slide needs to be adjusted, I can have repaired. This fifth wheel in not a weekend toy. It is built for full time use. Very well insulated, cozy and warm on cold nights. It is basically a studio apartment on wheels.
Edit:Reason for sale is, my wife and I are full timers. We want to get out of it to possibly buy a house or upgrade to a newer fifth wheel. Located in North Dakota
