'04 license plate lights - yes, feeling like a moron

Changing out some bulbs in the '04 and swapping in some swanky LED bulbs from PFran. And in my rush to light up the night, I zigged when I should have zagged - little black thingy went snap and now I have free swinging license plate light.

Hoping I'm not the only one in the world who ever snapped one of the little beauties - and that someone has a brilliant idea for a DIY fix (and, no, I don't want to just glue it in but thanks!)

Call Cdan and order a replacement, I almost did the same thing last week.

Tried the super glue - too little surface area to get a fix - tried a couple of times. Assume the double stick is to attach to tailgate?

Yes to attach the tail light

Glue a pop cycle stick on each side

I made a new clip out of some 1/16" stainless welding rod that has been holding up nicely.
