Puff puff...

trust me, I tried to get him to take it off road, it just never happened. I put a lot of hours into all of the upgrades, wanted to see them get used. it is a really clean truck, and has been detailed regularly. I almost want to buy it to take it in the NC mud!

I'm not trying to be a dick (well I kind of am :flipoff2: ), but if he wants to get that kind of money for it, he's probably going to have to go the eBay route.

After a little more research, I guess it's not THAT FAR out of line; and I didn't say he couldn't get that for it, I just don't think he will here...of course I've been wrong before.

Similar trucks minus the mods could be had between $15-18K (of course dealers are asking $24K for them  ). Anyway, good luck to your buddy (really).

Hell, I've seen 03' models at dealers with less miles going for $16k-18k all day long. If it were my truck obviously I would start high then negotiate but, if someone can buy this truck at a dealership for less $$$..... , thats one of the perks to buying from an individual is bypassing the $4k markup. Realistically though I'd put $19,500 as a starting point considering the mods. Goodluck and remember just because you ad $5k worth of mods DOES NOT add $5k value to the truck.

well, I gave him some feedback, and he says he will take $20k firm for the truck, it's going on ebay, so I will post the link to more pictures there

How come he put a winch on a truck he never intended on using offroad? Seems like a waste. Nice looking truck

That's really his best shot.
