Hopefully only about an hour to elect VP, Treas & TLCA delegate along with finalizing our bylaws and completing our application to TLCA.

Toyota of Olympia said I will have a thumbs up or thumbs down decision from ownership by this Monday. If we get a thumbs down then I have permission to use our office conference room on the 3rd. My office is located in Lacey off I-5 exit 111 in the Meridian Campus area, more details to come if this ends up being the case. I'm thinking having the meeting sometime mid-morning so maybe we can head up to Capitol Forest afterwards if anyone is up for it...

I won't be able to attend as we are heading out of town for the weekend. I do want to be involved and plan on becoming a member. Is this the weekend that the meetings are going to be held? If I get next months on the calendar now I should be able to attend

Great meeting! Thanks to everyone who attended. We are 98% there on our By-Laws a couple safety details to include and we're DONE! If you haven't PM'd me your TLCA membership number AND address to be included on our initial roster please do so. Dues and other details will be taken care of in March.
