Just got Victory skids, but after my first oil change, they got covered because the access whole doesn't line up with the oil. The shop suggested cutting the access whole bigger. Any major issues with doing that?

Hey everyone, I am selling a Victory 4x4 rear bumper. A while back, I got rear-ended, and insurance bought me a new one. There is very little damage to the bumper besides some scratches (which I will attach in the photos); the bumper is in good condition. TBH, it probably just needs a new paint...
