upper hatch

Hi there, Brand new here. I have a new to me 2005 LC 100. And the upper tailgate is completely rotten. Its so bad im afraid to wash the truck. Is there any place I can buy a replacement and if so how much. The LC is white and it also has a back up camera. Thank you in advance!
