shrinker disc

Question for the experts. Is this fixable? It was the first door I did and I’m kicking myself for using the whole patch and not cutting it down to the minimal size I needed to cut out the rust.(like I did my second door.). I watched some videos about using a shrinker disc… Or a torch… Would...
