second coast brake

Hello everyone, I have a technical dilemma. On my KZJ95, auto transmission had to be taken out. Stupidly I messed with the 2nd coast brake cover and somehow managed to pull the rod out a bit with a magnet... Now I cant put the cover back on at all and am scared to open the auto...
