Hi All, Getting prepped to replace my headliner. Does anyone know where to source the insulation? (I've tried the normal hobby shops like Michaels etc) OR is it actually necessary to replace the insulation? Cheers!

Bellows on the rack are completely torn and I'm not sure if I'm going to find that I need to replace the inner tie-rods when I replace the bellows. If so, at $225ish ea for the inner tie rods from Toyota Parts Deal, would it be a better idea to just replace the whole rack for $600ish?
