radiator hoses

Hi, The radiator inlet hose on my 1PZ has started cracking a bit and I'd like to replace it. The original part number is 16571-17030 but is no longer available. Does anyone know of a compatible replacement? Or could this kind of hose be purchased in bulk, cut to length and heat bent somehow...

I swear that I saw someone who posted part numbers for one piece upper and lower radiator hoses when doing an LS swap but I closed the window and can’t seem to find it anymore through search and the google machine. Does anyone have them? I’m installing a 5.3 with a Ron Davis direct fit radiator...
