I finally found my unicorn - a completely intact set of grey front seatbelt receivers. The red "PRESS" buttons are faded and mounting hardware a bit corroded but the plastic sleeves are PERFECT.
I figured I'd clean up the mounting bracket best I can while still attached and hit with some rust...
