Hi everyone, Do you think it's normal that the inside of the tube is so dirty? When I start the engine, black condensation comes out and dirty the floor. 3FE engine fully desmogged.

I'm currently putting together a good intake and exhaust for my 40 in prep for a efi upgrade. But I got to the egr port and the bolt holes are really bad and I'm unsure how to fix them. I really don't want to replace the horn or even take them off. So I got to fix the issues.

Does anywhere sell this baffle between intake and exhaust? I also had some good luck getting bolts out of the upper exhaust flange so I might go and buy a lotto ticket lol. I did chase the threads, I also need bolts. Also haven't finished cleaning the surface so. Not rebuilding the outside...
